Design

First impressions are lasting impressions and that applies equally to exteriors as much as interiors

From that first opening of a gate, as you step past the garden border, making your way to the welcome glimpsed through an open door or maybe on to the terrace beyond; the scene will be set. We firmly believe in a well-designed garden, one that is able to bring your ideas and brief to a reality. A designer will generally work from a full site survey incorporating heights, gradients and dimensions allowing the design to be drawn to scale. In turn this will allow much more accurate costings and timescales to be predicted. Let your landscape be your imagination

Active Vision

Active Vision

The hard & soft landscape of a garden is going to be there for a long time and getting the style and choice of materials right will be key to its enjoyment – throughout all the seasons to come. Although a garden’s design will naturally be personal to you, a little help in realising your ambition can often be money well spent. By active collaboration and listening we can help turn a vision into reality

Knowledge

Knowledge

Knowledge of site topography and orientation, including drainage and soil type will determine the most advantageous locations for the building blocks of a landscape such as lawns, terraces, borders, focal points, greenhouses and vegetable areas. All of these elements will give certainty and confidence in taking a vision forward

Materials

Materials

Whether natural or man-made, reclaimed or straight from a timber yard or quarry, we are able to work with and ethically source a complete range of construction materials. Our business grows with the introduction of new construction techniques and materials, knowledge of colour palettes, textures and products for use on the canvas that is the great outdoors
